Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Of course it's safe! We don't store any of your credit card information (which is handled by our payment processor) and you can rest reassured we'll also never share any of your personal info with anyone.
What's your privacy policy like?
Your info will never be shared between anybody besides us and of course, you. So don't worry about your info getting into the wrong hands. For a full in depth privacy policy, check out our privacy policy link.
Do you accept Alipay, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, anything like that?
Unfortunately, we do not. We're looking to expand our payment methods in the future. We currently only accept Paypal & credit cards.
How long does shipping take?
Local Shipping can take 3-5 days, and International 10-15 days for slower shipping depending on what you select during the checkout.
This excludes processing time (0-3 days).
Does the orders have a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days).
Please kindly email contact@royrak.org with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience.
Please note that the order number is NOT your tracking number.
